    Water is as natural as cleansers can get. Water flushes toxins and wastes out of your body and hydrates your cells. 

    Fiber from legumes, fruits and vegetables improves your digestion, so your body can expell wastes quicker.

    Exercise has detoxifying benefits.

    Meditation and deep breathing can also act as a cleanser, albeit more of a stress reliever.
