Boswellia, Ginger, and Turmeric are all amazing anti-inflammatories.  It’s also incredibly helpful to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables if you have chronic inflammation.  I personally love tea tree oil.  It’s incredibly cheap to buy and can be used as an anti-inflammatory, toothpaste, soap, and all other sorts of amazing things.  I also like the smell the best, its much milder.

One of the best ways to reduce inflammation is to reduce certain allergens from your diet. These may include processed carbohydrates or hydrogenated oils. You may also be sensitive to other common foods that are not necessarily a culprit for everyone: soy, gluten, nuts, dairy. It is important to realize what causes inflammation to you.
