The arnica flower is has natural anti-inflammatory properties. You can purchase various cremes, gels, and ointments that contain arnica.
Boswellia, Ginger, and Turmeric are all amazing anti-inflammatories. It’s also incredibly helpful to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables if you have chronic inflammation. I personally love tea tree oil. It’s incredibly cheap to buy and can be used as an anti-inflammatory, toothpaste, soap, and all other sorts of amazing things. I also like the smell the best, its much milder.
