Sea horses don’t get particularly large. The Big-belly seahorse is the biggest and can grow to 14 inches long with a big swollen bellow. It lives in the Australia/New Zealand waters. The Brazilian seahorse is also one of the biggest and can be more than 8 inches long. Most species grow in the range of 6 inches. The image below is an example of a big-belly seahorse.
