Definitely. Fruits are shipped to America from all over the globe, which contributes to a high fruit stock even when those fruits are not in season.
I would say most fruit that’s available isn’t American. For example, Trader Joe’s gets the majority of their fruits and vegetables from Chile. Bananas are also mostly from South and Central America, although a tiny bit comes from California. Most fruits will say where they’re from on them; take a look.
