Raspberries have the most fiber of any fruit; a cup of raspberries has 8 grams of fiber. Other high-fiber fruits include pears, apples, and strawberries.
As well Avocado, bananas, dried fruits (raisins, figs, apricots, dates), and oranges.
A great book to help you determine nutritious value for specific things like fiber, protein, vitamins, etc. and recipes to help you prepare them in a way that maximizes those nutrients (in a tasteful way) look at “The Worlds Healthies Foods” by George Mateljan. It’s 400 pages of goodness!
