Are there any fish that do not have bones?

Yes. There’s a class of fish called chondrichthyes, which have skeletons made of cartilage rather than bone. Sharks are a well-known member of this class. There are also other boneless marine animals that aren’t technically fish, such as starfish and lampreys.
