Are there any countries that have carbon taxes? Are they working well?

Several countries have tried using the carbon tax.  Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland have used the carbon tax since the 1990’s.  Denmark has been especially successful.  Part of the reason for their success is that rather than tempting government to make money from the tax, they give the money gained form the tax, to industry.
