You’d probably do well with a dwarf citrus, if you had room inside your house. Indoor temperatures are essentially the best temperatures for citrus, and dwarves will grow and give fruit as well as full size trees will.
When you select a variety, be sure to keep it well insulated. If it’s outside, wrap in a material that allows it to breathe but shelters it from extreme cold. If you keep it inside, pay attention to the placement– careful to avoid next to a window or door that has a draft or next to a vent that blasts it with air (hot or cold…though it might like warm air)
