    Yes, the city of London, in the U.K., charges motorists leaving and entering the congestion charging zone (in the Central London area) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Vehicles like buses and motorcycles are exempt from this charge. This has helped reduce traffic in that area and promote public and other forms of transportation. Singapore also has a congestion charge.
