Unfortunately a lot of schools do have a problem with PVC, and there isn’t really any data on specific cities that are completely PVC free. However, due to the PVC-free movement, more and more schools are renovating to get rid of PVC, and most schools that were built within the past couple years are PVC free. There is increasing call for all schools that do have PVC to renovate their schools, and I think that it is inevitable that a law will be made to ban PVC from schools and make renovation mandatory like they have done with asbestos.
