I’m sure there are a lot, but here’s a few that i found in Seoul, Korea; an exhibition in Cleaveland; Syracuse, NY; and a special program in Portland.
I would check out museums near you to see if they have recycled art exhibitions as well.
Most museums have permanent collections that tend to be very eclectic and wouldn’t likely be comprised solely of recycled artworks. But many have travelling exhibits of that nature. And those same, as well as many other, exhibits can be found in different locales at different times, so it is possible to watch their itineraries and find some in your area to see. A few include:
