No. Monkeys, like all other primates (including apes, monkeys and prosimians) are omnivorous, and they usually consume much more plants than they do animals. The one exception to this is the Tarsier, a prosimian found primarily in the Philippines, which subsists on a carnivorous diet, mostly of bugs.
