Are there any carnivorous monkey species?

No.  Monkeys, like all other primates (including apes, monkeys and prosimians) are omnivorous, and they usually consume much more plants than they do animals.  The one exception to this is the Tarsier, a prosimian found primarily in the Philippines, which subsists on a carnivorous diet, mostly of bugs.
