A lot of birds, other than raptors, will eat seeds, nuts, fruits, and vegetable. The one that comes to mind for me are parrots. Since they have such articulate feet they are able to hold vegetables and fruits much better than other birds.
To expand on allgreen’s answer, the parrot species of Lovebirds are known to eat vegetables, both in the wild and in captivity. However, they should not consume certain vegetables, including avocados and raw onions or potatoes. In general, most birds in nature do not regard vegetables as a necessary food source.
