    Yes. Many islands in the Pacific are already experiencing rising water levels. In Tuvalu, water has covered some parts of roads and living areas. The islands are only 4 inches or 10 cm above sea level, so there is a chance that the entire island could be covered in water. See the news articles below for more details.

    Yes. Around the world their are islands be affected by rising water levels, but even in the United States coastal beaches are being shrunk. This link explains how Malibu is being affected by the rising levels.
