With only 3,500 tigers left in the wild, the answer to this is unfortunately no. These numbers are far too low and with decreasing natural land due to expansion of farming and industry in many poor and rural areas of India, Bangladesh, and Indochina, there is even less encouragement in terms of wild tiger conservation. When there exists necessity for humans to feed and protect their families (which is basic survival), nature will lose out every time. The only hope of conserving these beautiful creatures, and many more like them, is to help the people living in these areas.
