There are a few animals who can use tools. Here are a few that I like:
Crows are able to fashion tools out of twigs or even their own feathers to help them reach food. There is research that shows that crows may even learn these skills from each other; young crows can always use tools, but they get better by watching their elders.
There are octopuses which use coconut shells as armor, and otters use rocks to open abalone shells too.
