Yes there is, in fact pretty much every child is given a measles- mumps- rubella- varicella vaccine between the ages of 12 months and 12 years, and some professions (like the medical profession) require that you have had one. Most are given 2 shots, one at the age of 12-16 months, the second at the age of 4-6 years. It is 95%-98% effective after the first dose, and 99% effective after the second dose. If you are asking this question in regards to your children definitely talk to your doctor because the vaccine is readily available.
