Are there American Bison anywhere else in the world?

No, American Bison are not believed to have ever lived beyond the North American continent. They once ranged from Mexico to Alaska. Nowadays, they have a quite limited range, entirely in the United States. Most remaining individuals are the results of crossbreeding with cattle, and live on ranches to be raised as livestock, or in wildlife preserves in national parks in the West and Midwest.
