No.  Scientifically, global warming refers to an increase in temperature due to increased greenhouse gas emissions as a result of human behavior.  The phrase was coined by in 1975 by geochemist Wallace Broeker of Columbia University in New York.  Climate change is a broader term which describes global warming along with any other effects on climate which might be caused by greenhouse gas, according to NASA.  It should be noted that many environmentalists continue to use the terms interchangeably.
