Yes, but then again so is just about any wild animal if you don’t respect its privacy and space! An interesting thing to note about Tasmanian Devils is that they are primarily scavengers, preferring to feed off carrion than hunting live prey. In fact, they are actually not all that aggressive as a general rule, in sharp contrast to the Looney Tunes character to share a name with them. The females will get vicious around their dens and about the last thing you want to do is get between them and their food, but overall they are as skittish around humans as your average wild animal.
So yes, but only if you don’t respect their space!
