Both seeds have their benefits and it would be raw (as opposed to roasted) seeds will give you the maximum nutrition (although not as “tasty” to some!) Pumpkin seeds are high in manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc. Pumpkin seeds are good for the male prostrate, helpful in male bone density, and is an anti-inflammatory. Sunflower seeds are high in vitamin E and B1, plus manganese. They are a stronger anti-inflammatory than pumpkin seeds, can prevent cardiovascular disease (lowers cholesterol), and will calm your nerves, and help muscles and veins.
