Are the stimulus funds being used to refurbish old train stations?

In Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania stimulus funds are being used to bring the 97 year old station house up to code since it currently does not comply with the American with Disabilities Act. This has been a project in the works for many years, and if it’s not brought up to code this year the US Department of Transportation can shut it down. The platform itself serves over 80,000 passengers per year.
