Yes, some fish are very high in omega 3 fatty acids while there are others that have little to no omega 3. The fish that are the richest in omega 3s are salmon, and more specifically, Atlantic, Coho, and Sockeye salmon are the best. They have an average of 1.28-2.15 grams of omega 3 (per 100 grams of fish), while most other fish species average at only 0.5 grams of omega 3.
