Snook are not known to roam the Pacific waters. They are found in the Western Atlantic as far north as South Carolina in the United States to as far south as Brazil. It is likely that Pacific waters along the West Coast are simply too cold, as they don’t adapt well to temperature changes, particularly changes that cause drops in water temperature to below 60 degres F.
