Moscow’s Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building was designed by Dmitry Chechylin (then Chief Architect of Moscow) and Andrei Rostkovsky and completed in 1952. With a 32-level, 176 meters tall main tower, the building was originally build in stern early stalinist style, with wet stucco wall finishes.
