Are revolving doors the most efficient type of door?

Nope.  They require many more parts than a conventional door, and they may require electricity.  A plain, well-sealed, non-electric door is still your best bet for a “green” door, unless, of course, you are somewhere like an airport or a hotel, where lots of people are carrying rolling suitcases and a conventional door that slams shut could be a safety hazard, but sticking it open would waste energy.
