I am assuming by “stronger” you mean durable. Plant cells and animal cells will differ from organism to organism, however plant cells can have a secondary cell wall in addition to the primary cell wall. This allows for greater protection and durability. Hope this helps!
Also, the cell walls in a plant allow for much more fluid pressure, this is why plants are crisp in a way animals are not.
