Are Omega 3 acids only found in fish?

    There are many sources of Omega 3s. Fish have high concentrations of them from the plankton and algae that they eat. So sea weed and the like are also good sources. Flaxseed oil and walnuts are also excellent sources of omega 3s.

    No, you can also get Omega 3 fatty acids from flaxseed or flaxseed oil. Eggs and meat also contain some.
