Are older people worse for the environment than younger people?

    No. Really? No, no, no.

My father was the first person I’ve ever heard deride Styrofoam cups.

The founders of Greenpeace and the Sierra Club are OLD.

There might be some truth to the idea of getting people to change their ways when they’re older, but if they were already environmentally minded they’re ahead of the game.

People are people, waste is waste. People are bad for the environment and we the people are responsible for engaging everyone and everything to be more eco-friendly. It is WONDERFUL that young people are getting it together, and the planet they save will be their own, but I caution against dividing, especially by age… we can learn from old people, and we can teach them.
