There aren’t any crocodiles native to North America, only Alligators. In Florida resident and non-resident hunters can are allowed two tags per season, assuming they are licensed to hunt/trap alligators. In Louisiana the lottery alligator harvest program allows residential hunters to 800 tags total to be distributed. The property must be designated by Louisiana Fish and Game because it must be a habitat with sufficient alligator population.
