Are more salmon or tuna taken from the ocean for food?

There are many different kinds of salmon and tuna, which can make it difficult to estimate the total differences between the two in terms of how many are being fished. For example, while Albacore Tuna is fairly abundant, bluefin tuna is being overfished to the point where the species is being rapidly depleted. According to SeafoodWatch, the population of bluefin tuna in the Atlantic has declined 90% since the 1970s! According to Food&WaterWatch, salmon from the Pacific (south of Alaska) is on the US endangered species list, as is some wild-caught and some farmed salmon, while other types of salmon are managed better and more sustainable.
