Are the lungs the only organ that can rebuild itself?

No, the liver has the capabilitis to regenerate itself from as little as 25% of the original tissue.  Alcohol damages the liver which can cause major problems for alcoholics, but if that person stops drinking then the liver gets a chance to regenerate and fix itself, leaving it almost completely healthy again.  I’ve also read somewhere that the lungs can’t actually rebuild themselves, so you may need to check up on that too.  My research backed up my understanding, but the sources weren’t all that great.
