Are jelly fish eaten anywhere in the world?

    Yes. People who have tried jellyfish say that the texture is much like a “rubber-band” and has a bland taste. In countries like Korea, Japan and China it is a delicacy and prefer to eat it. One website reports the following on using seasonings to make it taste better: “Although the taste of a jellyfish is bland it can convey the taste of its seasoning, very well.A jellyfish which is seasoned in the correct quantity of sesame seed oil, soy sauce, and hot chile peppers, will have the same flavour, as that of the sauce.”
