Are goats a good tool to get rid of invasive plants?

Goats are very useful for getting rid of flora. Just make sure that the plant is not toxic to a goat (although from what I’ve seen, very little seems to be toxic to a goat). Also, be warned, they will probably eat other plants as well, so they are not very selective.

The other drawback of using goats is that there is a possibility they will consume the seeds, and the seeds may end up getting “replanted” when they poop. It is possible that the seed would survive a goat’s digestive tract.
