Because of the fact that we import most of our gas from the Middle East, electricity prices don’t really have an affect in what gas prices are doing. Gas prices are known to change based on how the markets are doing at different times as well as the cost to find, pump and transport the gas before it even gets to us at our gas stations. One has to take into consideration that the work that goes into us having the easy access to gas that we have is not as easy as one might think or assume.
