Simply, no. They do not carry pathogens harmful to humans. However, they can, of course, be a pest.
It is possible for fruit flies to carry bacteria and other disease-laden organisms, and contaminate your food or surfaces by contact. A simple solution is to regulate their population in your house by taking the trash out regularly, and avoiding leaving fruit or other food out. Generally a clean kitchen is unlikely to harbor significant disease-laden flies.
