Are floating houses being built anywhere outside of New Orleans?

The technology of a floating house, developed and implemented in the Netherlands and built by Thom Mayne for the Make It Right Foundation in New Orleans in 2009, has yet to be used for more than just this house, the Morphosis House.  All of the permitting was done in advance for the house so it could remain standing and be used by a family.  In the meantime, Make It Right has been building affordable, green, flood-resistant homes in the Lower Ninth Ward for residents to return.  These flood-resistant homes are using stilts and other technologies but so far there has not been mass production of the floating homes, although architect Thom Mayne was looking for a production company to help make it so.
