Are fish eggs really good for you?

Fish eggs, commonly referred to as caviar, have high amounts of cholesterol and salt. However, it is also a rich source of Vitamins A and D, as well as omega-3 fatty acids (which is known to aid in deterring depression). A vascular dilator in caviar called Arginine helps increase blood flow, which is why some refer to the delicacy as an aphrodisiac. Much like everything else, caviar can be good for your health in moderation.
