I’m sure the prices fluctuate from area to area, as do most items. In places where the cost of living is higher, such as cities and affluent suburbs, they probably are a bit more expensive. However, throughout the United States buyers can expect to pay a bit more for CFL bulbs that incandescent bulbs. Despite the difference in pricing, they will save much more money over the lifetime of their new CFL bulbs through saving in their energy bill.
