The “stingers” near catfish mouths are not stingers at all, but are used by the fish to help them smell, taste, and feel. They aren’t poisonous or dangerous, though the fish do stiffen them when they are threatened, and this can puncture your skin causing some discomfort.
On many species of Catfish the dorsal and pectoral fins are lined with poisonous spines.
