Nope. The color of the shell does not indicate any difference in nutritional value or taste. The color just depends on the type of chicken, not the health or diet of the chicken. However, diet can effect the color and nutritional value of the egg yolk: farmers sometimes feed their chickens flaxseeds to darken the yolk and add omega-3’s to the egg. However, chickens that are pasture raised would already have plenty of omega-3’s from their natural diet.
