No blue crabs are not found in all the oceans of the world.  They are mainly found from Nova Scotia and down the East coast of North America.

It is also found near Bermuda, in the gulf of Mexico, and the Carribean Sea.

The blue crab has been introduced to the Mediterranean sea and Japan but it s not originally found here.

Blue crabs are found mostly in the Atlantic Ocean.  ChesapeakeBay, North Carolina, and Louisiana support the largest blue crab fisheries.  Occasionally, blue crabs are found as far north as Nova Scotia and as far south as Uruguay.
