“All Natural” is a marketing gimmick used to make consumers think the product is healthier (i.e. all natural cigarettes). All soda is unhealthy if it is drunk too often, though soda with processed sugars, like High Fructose Corn Syrup, tend to be less healthy. It’s not just the sugar used and the sugar content you need to worry about, some colorings used in soda has negative health consequences as well.
What’s important is moderation, it’s okay to drink soda occasionally, but it’s generally healthier to drink water, or juice. Juice is also full of sugar, but it at least is full of vitamins as well.
