Sugars found in fruits and vegetables are more complex carbohydrates and maintain levels of every better. Fake sugar sweeteners are horrible for you because they are super super processed and chemical filled.
Agave nectar is also a great natural sweetener, with a low glycemic index. It has a fructose complex, which is the same as found in fruits and vegetables. It’s recommended for moderate use and can replace the use of refined sugars in recipes. Agave nectar is also recommended for diabetics.
