If you are referring to the aerosol sprays, then the answer is yes. These sprays are essentially a chemical cocktail that may contain formaldehyde, phenol, petroleum distillates, and the list goes on to the 3000 other chemicals used in different air fresheners. There are many more costs than benefits to using these products. I personally buy an essential oil that I really like and fill up a cheap squirt bottle from Wal-Mart with water. I then add a few drops of essential oil and voila I have an all natural scent I can still spray and that won’t harm my home or the environment!
