I would consult a professional. Gardening problems like this can’t easily be solved over the internet since we can’t get good pictures or a good feel for what type of problem is happening.
You might have a watering problem. They need to be regularly watered if this is the first year you’re growing them. It could also be a virus apple scab. It could also be apple leaf miner. Refer to the two websites I’ve cited for more information to solve your problem.
