It looks like so far there are no major implemented or planned projects. There have been pilot-scale tests, such as in East River in New York, and in Cobscook Bay and Western Passage in Maine, and in San Francisco bay. If any of these succeeds, we can expect larger power plants installed.
The US is experimenting off the coasts of Oregon where 9 wave generators are being installed. These if successful will produce 4140 MW/year, powering 400 homes. It is projected to be finished in 2012, and will cost $60 million.
