Aloe vera juice has lots of B vitamins, vitamin A, C and E, and is an excellent source of folic acid. It also helps boost your immune system. However, when consumed in excessive amounts it can result in abdominal cramps, diarrhea, and dehydration. You can buy aloe vera juice at most health food stores and many local grocery stores and pharmacies. If you don’t want to drink it straight, mix it with fruit juice!
