Are moose an aggressive animal?
They can be, but usually only if they're provoked (like any wild animal.) Male bulls in mating season, mothers with their calves, and tired and hungary moose (e.i. in the winter,) can be especially defensive when approached by humans, dogs or other animals when they feel threatened. Interestingly, there are more moose related injuries every year in Alaska than there are Bear related ones.
