How big can lobster get?
asked 11 weeks ago in Fish
The biggest known lobster, found in Nova Scotia, Canada, weighed 44.4 pounds. Lobsters have a high longevity, and do not lose fertility as they get older, because of an enzyme called Telomerase that repairs their DNA, and it is believed this may allow for continued growth into old age.
